The self-lubricating liners is a wearing part, used for the moving parts of equipment plane reciprocating, swinging and guiding chute. Two types of sliding liners are available: inlaid sliding liner and bimetallic liner. For the inlaid sliding liner, with copper as substrate, solid lubricants such as graphite are inlaid on the friction surface of the matrix; while for the bimetallic type, low carbon steel plate is used as the substrate, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle and sintered rolled bronze alloy layer on the surface, solid lubricant is evenly distributed in the alloy layer. It has the advantages of high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, low wear, strong self-lubrication performance. It is widely used in heavy duty, low speed, reciprocating or swinging mechanical equipment and other moving parts that cannot be lubricated and form oil film.
