The peeler is the main part of the coil opener. It is used for separating the strip head from the coil during uncoiling and guiding the strip passing to the downstream equipment of the production line smoothly. Its v-shape head is flat structure and rounded at the tip. It has high precision, wear resistance, impact resistance, durable, not easy to damage the coil characteristics. It is made of alloy tool steel through forging, machining, heat treatment and other processes.
