As it is named, the centerless grinding machine grinds the rotating workpiece surface without positioning the workpiece axle center. The machine has solid rigidity in its carrier and guide wheel positioning mechanism, large cutting capacity, and high machining accuracy, i.e. it is less affected by positioning error. Its productivity is high because it is capable of continuously machining the workpiece without changing the tool and needs only short time to load and fix the workpiece. Centerless grinding machine is applicable for bearings, tools, internal combustion engines and other industries for through-grinding of cylindrical parts and plunge grinding conic and shaped rotating parts in a batch way.
