The hollow steel roll is welded by the roll body and the shaft head or long shaft at both ends. The roll body is made of thick-walled seamless steel pipe, and the shaft head is welded by two sections of short shaft/long shaft and the ring. The material passing on the hollow steel roll is pinched or turned under the force and dynamic rotation of the steel roller. It is characterized by high hardness, high temperature resistance good balance performance, and can be used as deflector roll, pinch roll, etc. The hollow steel roll is mainly fabricated through the processes of welding, stress relief treatment, finishing and dynamic balance test. It is widely used in production lines of metallurgy and other industries, such as leveling, degreasing, rewinding, continuous annealing and galvanizing line, etc..
