The MSE-D150 works based on comparative phase measurement. It receives the returned diffusely reflected light after emitting the laser beams and calculates the distance between objects corresponding to the phase shift through signal comparison. The laser distance sensor programs the switch output and analog output separately by using different parameters, and uses the external trigger to provide remotely triggered measurement. It can maintain high measurement accuracy and reliability even in the harsh outdoor environment, thus it is widely used for measuring the position of coil car to the payoff reel, loop size and coil diameter in cold rolling line and hot rolling line.
