The straightening roll is an important part of straightening machine. It is used to straighten wave and sickle bend of strip surface, obtain the flat surfaces and good strip shape. Its main processing flow for forging blank, rough machining, conditioning, finishing, quenching treatment and grinding. It is characterized by good rigidity, impact resistance, wear resistance and high precision. As the depth of the quenching layer is deeper, the straightening roll can be repeatedly ground and reused. Mainly used for strip steel straightening of various processing lines of hot rolling and cold rolling strip, such as pickling line, galvanized, rewinding lines.
