मोटर को कम करने का संक्षिप्त परिचय

1) The main feature of worm gear reducer is that it has reverse self-locking function and can have larger reduction ratio. The input shaft and output shaft are not on the same axis or plane. But the general volume is large, the transmission efficiency is not high, the accuracy is not high.
2) The harmonic drive of harmonic Reducing Motor uses the controllable elastic deformation of flexible components to transfer motion and power, which is small in volume and high in precision. However, the disadvantages are that the life of flexible wheel is limited, the impact resistance is not good, and the rigidity is poor compared with metal parts. The input speed cannot be too high.
3) The advantages of planetary Reducing Motor are compact structure, small return clearance, high precision, long service life and large rated output torque. But the price is a little higher. Reducing Motor is generally used for low speed and high torque transmission equipment, and it can be used to drive the motor. The power of internal combustion engine or other high-speed operation is reduced by the gear with few teeth on the input shaft of the Reducing Motor meshing with the big gear on the output shaft. The ordinary Reducing Motor will also have several pairs of gears with the same principle to achieve the ideal reduction effect. The ratio of the number of teeth of the big and small gears is the transmission ratio.
